Alright, the first part of this call is pretty basic. It’s more for us to find out what you might be eligible for, what you have in place now compared to what you might be looking for as far as financial protection.
To breeze through your phone screening efficiently, it is helpful to have all necessary information on hand. Typically lasting 15 to 30 minutes, the call won’t consume much of your day, especially if you’re well-prepared. Here’s what you need:
Identification and Financial Information: The agent requires some form of identification like your driver’s license. The agent will provide his as well, along with a producer number.
Health History and Medical Information: You will be asked to provide dates of surgeries, diagnoses, procedures, and treatments in the last 10 years, medication names and dosages, current weight, and contact details for current doctors. Share family health history and any fluctuations in weight exceeding 10 pounds in the past year.
Habits and Hobbies: Details about hobbies/sports, especially extreme ones, smoking habits (cigarettes, vaping, marijuana), drinking habits, drug use, and recent/upcoming international travel. Being well-prepared with this information will expedite the process.

Once approved an initial premium is paid, your policy will be sent to you immediately and your coverage will be in effect. Simple as that!
